I’ve meant to start this blog for quite some time. \u00a0I’ve always had a knack for writing, a love of dressing well, and a constant need to share information on various forms of social media; so the fact that I have talked myself out of making a blog has been confusing to everyone that knows that I’ve been wanting to do this. I even tried to start this as a project for my AP Language class during my junior year of high school, and even then I couldn’t bring myself to continue.<\/p>\n

Throwback to 2014 when I threw this picture together the night before my project was due. But I digress. Younger me had so much self-doubt and anxiety that I thought I wouldn’t have anything to say. And then this week happened: a very low point in emotions for me. People say that depression can bring out the biggest inspirations for you and, honestly, they weren’t wrong. I need to do something that’s just my very own, that I can control, mold, and grow under my own direction. And now I’m in such a good place with myself, I finally feel comfortable sharing everything I want to say.<\/p>\n
You could call this a fashion blog, since that will be the main focus. But you’ll also get my experiences with food, weird places I go, my friends, my family, and anything else that comes to my constantly changing\u00a0mind. More specifically, this is everything I can’t say in 140 characters on twitter. I hope everyone that reads this enjoys this journey like I will.
